There's no strong research to support that pills taken orally are properly used by the body. Most research is done with glutathione injected directly into the veins.

Other antioxidants do not work as well when Glutathione is diminished. The skin lightening advocacy is not verified.

the world is so ironic. those people who have white skin like Americans want their skins to be tan, while those people who have darker skins like Filipinos crave for whiter skin.

I believe that they boost your glutathione levels by taking R-Lipoic Acid (with Biotin) and/or N-Acetyl Cysteine, if I recall what I read months ago correctly. IOW, Glutathione is not ingested directly.
