I don't think he meant to emulate the song. Does he have to play the solo note for note? It's him just throwing in some of the melody and then he just busts out some improv. Heck, it sounds pretty good and he makes good use of the pentatonic scale.

I am sorry that you think that Americans (note the capital "A" in the word Americans)are lazy. As somebody who has been a musician for several years (30+)I have found that it is very possible to learn to play a pieace (of music) on you own; however, when mutiple points of reference are used (namely teaching aides) one can better develop their own understanding & style. You can ask any musician. It has been done since people have begun to make music. Lastly, in general, Americans are not lazy.

I have tons of tabs, but it's different when you can see and hear and get that touch witch you dont have with tbas. There is no delay, booster and gate, but a lot of drive with compression, bass & middle high, trebble about 20%. And a few flanger.
