  • hate that NOISE!

  • the noise alone would drive me up the wall...

  • niggas carry this everyday.. Nothing special!.. just kidding lol :P

  • polystyrene good stuff

  • Remenber to train thoose skinne legs dude!!!!!!!!

  • @jonaswadil you prob have a body like Steve Urkel so shut the fuck up

  • so easy..haha..what an idiot to post this shit

  • @Joachimnielsen95 fucking your mother and sister is easy too, and they both post their ass-fuck videos.

  • @bxgk Don't got any...you have no shame..piss of midget cock sucker

  • He should do some leg work though, looks quite silly with Bambi legs.

  • for the first few seconds to the video i thought the chains were attached to the things he had his hands on...and thought that the things his hands were on were weights..

  • now thats strength unlike that fucking idot (bicep curls 130kg 2)

  • ok this is pointless i either do pushups or benchpress i dont add weight on me when i do pushups

  • @valfitness are you reatrded or something? Dude if he adds more weight when hes doing push up it works out the triceps amazingly! The more weight he has to push up well obviously the stronger his arms, chest and triceps are goin gto be but also for definition. He doesnt have to do pushups or bencpresses he can do whatever the fuck he wants and probably x10 better than you can

  • What's with the plates under the hands? Is it to do with wrist/shoulder pain or something?

  • @MrATG92 - exactly. He prefers it for less stress on his wrists.

  • @tsc9198 it also provides extra distance allowing a larger range of motion :D

ie harder (not on the wrsits though)

  • @MrATG92 it's to keep from destroying his wrists. His arms/chest/shoulders can handle that weight but you can only do so much with wrists.

  • im sure nobody will look at me while i do this in the gym

  • @Misfit559 does not matter looks badass

  • not a real push up, you legs should be together

  • @thelsamar23 You serious? thats pretty impressive..especially for being 47 but you will critique that??

  • il just use the weight on my belly :)

  • Push-ups bling bling style xD

  • thanks for destroying my eardrums

  • nice triceps

  • what is wrong with my left ear?!

  • lifting with chains just makes things 5x more badass automatically

  • How much do those chains weigh...? O.o

  • @Misfit559 - 20 each x 4....this is just for a video sample. We've used 8 chains before.

  • @tsc9198 Why do this instead of just benching? Not being rude; it's a serious question. I want to get back in shape, hahah. Thanks for the help. =)

  • @jimthegreat1012 - because it requires more relative (strength to body weight) & core strength. This is also safer on his shoulders with his posture. You should prioritize body weight if you're just getting back into working out.

  • @tsc9198 Cool, thanks for the answer. I injured my left shoulder awhile back, and benching always does seem to bother it if I use too much weight. I'll have to give this a shot. =D

  • @jimthegreat1012 my benchpress has almost went up 10 fobe from when i started working out and i still dont go above 10 push ups

  • @Misfit559 10 kg :D one

  • It remembers of me when iwas 6 :D.

  • haterz gon hate

  • LOL..!

  • ARE YOU DOING WESTSIDE?!?!

  • @kpoff5128 - haha no he doesn't do westside. He's a 47 year old firefighter. Just training to stay strong...and for aesthetics.

  • Good strenght but...u should wear trousers. Dont use shorts. Just a friendly suggestion

  • ахаха как он звенит

  • он бы блядь ещё колокольчики повесил

  • hahahahaha it's Aluminium -.-

  • Who gives a fuck about his legs? That's some real goddamn functional strength there.

  • @cjla1987 Read comments above before you post shit pls

  • @RattleSnake1995 sorry about that folk...i read it now. I apologize. Thanks. I will delete my previous comment.

  • Ho il a la patate le papi !

  • LOL it's Jacob Marley!!

  • not bad goood forum

  • fail

  • goood job man !!!! i love how the haters hate they probly never even lifted a weight in their lifes now time to watch the video on the suggestions with the girl with big boos =)

  • Thos Chanel r heavy don't under estimate them

  • this is not 80 pounds of chains, much of the chains is resting on the floor. I think this is 40 pounds of chains

  • @holypaus - 4 chains x 20 pounds each. 2 looped over each side. Obviously it's less than 80 pounds at the bottom.

  • hahah prety good for a balding dude ya got props in my book even if you are way old

  • łańcuch od krowy...

  • gilipollas trabajas el tronco y tienes piernas de niña .......jjaajajajaja

  • How much weight is in those chains?

  • @DrinkUrPruneJuice77 - 20 each..fairly easy set for him.

  • ale nogi to ma jak sarenka ...

  • this is aluminium

  • jingle bell jingle bell

  • Sir, my congratulations for being in shape in this age

  • not bad not great.

  • good job m8 and thank you very much for video...

  • Haha disliker are h0m0s :/ Nice job man

  • @wolfishhippo,

yes that's the idea. Same reason they put chains on barbells while benching & squatting. From what I've seen, resistance bands work better for deadlifts, and god only knows how one might replicate this for power cleans, dips, and overhead presses.

As a beginner-intermediate I dont need these just yet, but I expect they'll be a useful tool in the future!

  • u so cool mr hot

  • no se supone que no hay que estirar completamente los brazos ?

  • Pushups never gets old

  • Why... WHY the dislikes?

  • @lkgurmer - everyone comments on his leg size. What they fail to understand is he wasn't allowed to work legs for over a year due to an injury. He's also 47!

  • @tsc9198 Then he should take some long pants on.. lol..

  • Ringa Ding.

  • That is one of the ideas. In this case, we were just using many advanced body weight variations for a 12 week period. So we did it both ways.

  • the higher you go up in the rep the more of the weight is actually on your body. it helps build lockout strength. that's the idea right?

  • good idea, perfect form. try to do it on 3 boxes so the chains won't rest on the floor. and then work out a Logic Load System pattern to make it even better.

  • TAMBIEN DEBERIA HACER ALGO CON RESPECTO DE SUS PANTORRILLAS,PORQUE ESTAN DEMASIADO PEQUEÑAS.

  • YEAH im pretty sure every1 in the gym would be staring at u

  • HARD CORE OLD SKOOL TRAINING! COOL!

  • u should remove all jewelry before weight training

  • /watch?v=HQCqgLg4zUY

    .

    greetings from Serbia

  • @nemanjam86bg - greetings!

  • Wow, I want the same chains

  • Show offffffff

  • you know Mr T would be so proud of you lol -good stuff keep it up.

  • It's actually pretty genius... the further you push up the more weight is placed on the muscles. Great idea!

  • Brave and strong.

  • That is not 80 lbs. It would be if the chains weren't touching the ground, but they are so some of the force of the weight is on the floor and not on your back.

  • @daveyboi03 - yes...that's part of the point. The chains weigh 80 pounds in total at the top of the movement. This is just an exercise video index...not a video to show off how much weight this person can do.

  • @tsc9198 Oh so part of what makes this effective is the varying weight on your back at different points of your push up?

  • @daveyboi03 - yes sir.

  • @tsc9198 whats the point if most of the weight is on the ground at the bottom part of the movement, why dont you put it all on his back? or is it intentional for some reason?

  • @onokaoonokao - intentional.....goes with the natural strength curve....lighter on the chest/shoulders and the bottom and heavier on the triceps at the top. Allows you to handle more weight, similar reasons to that of a bench press with chains (similar, not the same).

  • Thin calfs but the quads don't look so bad.

    Amazing arms !!

  • @Avataryoutuification - Thanks, this is one of my clients. At the time of this video, he had just began training lower body hard again due to injury. He lost a ton of size in his legs from 6 months off. For some reason, everyone feels they need to make negative comments about his leg size. I delete most of them.

  • @tsc9198 Ah, this is quite common :( I've seen people who've had injuries that prevented them working their legs out for a while too, likewise their arms and they could only do their legs.

So, how's his progress now? Probably huge!

  • seems like a lot of work for some push ups lol

  • It sound like cow with that chains... LOL

  • Props man.!! I'm training with a 40 pound weight vest right now and making progress...and hope to get to where you are.

  • I can do this with an elephant on my back

  • @RichyDYupYup Yes.Lol

  • @RichyDYupYup LOL

  • Can you do planche pushups?

  • @cheke64 lol , quality - not quantity. I bet this guy can out squat/lift your wussy gym-rat ass any day

  • quite noisy

  • @sinky101 well .. its a gym not a library

  • Insane!

  • amazing.. those forearms look like they pack a punch.
