it's an intense one as like you i have done the main UK ones but unlike them having a bit of a break between each one this one is a continous on-slaught so prepare yourself, jelly beans/sucky-sweets etc with come in handy
I'm doing the 3 Yorks Peaks in a couple of weeks - I've done the UK 3 Peaks and the Irish one, but I've no idea what this will be like.
So, do pass on any tips you might have and do let me know of any difficult bits I need to be aware of - I'm crap with heights, but I've done the big six in the British Isles.

did this walk yesterday thought it wasnt too bad but now my legs are stiff as hell but worth it for the view at the top of the third peak

Love the views & the Challenge, but I still remember the pain. You couldnt do this on your own, you need mate to keep you going.

I've done this, its a real challenge, well done to all.
the last leg home is a highway to hell, we did it in the lashing down rain.
