"the getback" is my favorite album of last year. and that's saying a lot when you had common dropping "finding forever" and kanye's "graduation" and so on. and "dreams" is my favorite song on the album. i had it on my phone greeting for a while. it's one of them songs that makes me feel like i'm not alone in the world. now, i'm fienin' for another little brother fix. i hope they bring this nigga back for their next album.

i didn't think it was gon' be as dope as it was with 9th only on one joint either. but it seemed like phonte & pooh came even harder. like they knew they had something to prove. the beats was dope as fuck. as much as i like 9th, i think getback had a lot more range than it woulda had if he was on it more. and the joint he did do, i don't listen to it as much as the rest of the album. in fact, i skip over it. it ain't wack. 9th did his job.
