that was freaking awesome! that looks like an awesome set up! its like the Willy Wonka Factory but For Men and Making Bullets instead. thats alot of gadgets you have there! thanks for sharing! by the way what tv show were you watching?
Nice setup and working order. I surprised you dont have the unique tek primer down tube that goes to a bucket. Why mess with the little cup that sends primers all over?
I just started reloading on a Lee turret press. I'm trying to find the right formula. With my 1:7 twist 16" barrel the best I can get is 2 moa at 100 yards. I tried target, bcl 2, and imr 8208 xbr. What type of accuracy do you get? Do you use a scope if so what power? Also, my second problem is metering consistently. Any non ball powder throw it off by .5 grain or more. Where did you get your bullets? Looks like 55gr fmj?
Steely Dan?! You're cooler than I could have imagined, great work there! You've really got the process down well with great consistency in the finished rounds.
How long did it take to load all of that ammo,by the way?
Do you belong to any forums? I'd like to hear/see more of how you setup your reloading lab and what equipment you use. I'd also like to know how you got your brass so concentric or did I miss that part of the vid?
Thanks great video! Im thinking about getting into reloading. I only shoot around 1000 rounds a year of XM193 5.56. Would reloading be worth it in savings for me?
Breaks any stuck media free and turns the cases to neck up position so they can be removed in one orientation by the handful. They are then inverted and vibrated against the tumbler to remove any media. Review the video and look at the process.
You sir are a well oiled machine! I wish I was that organized when I am loading!

What brand tumbler and media separator are you using?
madriverarms 9 months ago
@madriverarms Looks like a Dillon tumbler, walnut media. Truthfully, tumblers really aren't that special.

@madriverarms
I'm not 100% sure, but they it looked like a dillon separator and a dillon tumbler.

Why do you put the brass in the tumbler with no media? What does that do?

H335 is a fine powder for the 5.56! I also like BL-C-(2).
