I would say that it is a combination of the greek words "χρόνος, chrónos", this means time, and phobia "φόβος ", which means exactly what it does. A great fear of something. So the combination would probably be something like the fear of time. That would also fit with the lyrics: "I dislike everything about time..." and so on.

Because of this song alone (and researching it a little), I killed off a character, made their lover go insane and develop Chronophobia, claw at the clocks she could see, scream she can hear the ticking (among many other things), and become very rude to everyone to insisted time exists, when according to her, it doesn't. Oh, and then to finalize it she split herself into another person and gave her the Chronophobia and additude.
