Men like Mr. Camping do more harm than good. Believers know that only God knows when the Second Coming will occur and He isn't revealing it to man. Unfortunately there are those like Mr. Camping that interpret the Bible to their liking rather than accepting what God says in His word. The Bible never gives a creation date, and for Mr. Camping or anyone else to assume they know what God has not revealed is taking the place of God and harming His word rather than validating it.

@mdewease Exactly. If it were left up to a man to figure out when he was coming back, then it would take away God's glory. Paul claimed to know nothing other than Christ crucified. Does Camping know more than Paul, who was able to explain the new testament so clearly?

The bible makes it absolutely clear that NOBODY will know when the rapture will occur! So as soon as Camping said he knew when it was going to be EVERYONE in his "church" should have left.

Amen-- when I went over part of Matthew 24 today w/ someone and got to the part that many false prophets shall arise lol of course first thought to us was Harold Camping today lol . Glory to God because His Word shall remain and it's the truth that stands on it's own and don't give heed men or woman the opportunity to confuse and mislead.

I like this video, no bashing on them, I always thought that people should not fallow man for the word of god, but more fallow the bible and find there own peace within the bible, if one finds peace from a man talking about the bible, I don't think thats really a way to know God. Anyone can get up and speak about God and the bible and all of that. but to find you'r own peace within the bible is something much more. also, I think Camping is a con-man, see the money he made out of this whole thing
