  • how much power is this car making? most likely more than 900.... is has a gt42-74.... and an additional one.... that sould be alot!

  • if he has to be told he's out of gas that must be a fun ass car!!!!!

  • @NTROH that sound is the dump valve releasing pressure from the turbos

  • speedo is breaking physics laws. seems semi tame somehow too. lol sick car.

  • Texas always has fast fucking cars.

  • man i hate traffic

  • Love it bro nice vid

  • wow good footage....when that larger turbo spools...thing becomes a beast

  • Whats The Hissing Noise? Anybody Know?

  • @NTR0H the turbo is making that noise because there persure.

  • @NTR0H

that sound is made by the turbos when they start working.

    i think that's the sound u mean.

  • Gotta love TEXAS!!

  • sssssswtchhhhh! lovely lovely sound boost logics got a dope setup, amazing, i just bonered over this

  • that's why he's speeding .. to the gas station he goes!

  • haha, "running out of gas"

  • Where is this road?

  • what kinda car is this i was thinking supra but supras dont have tht little ohh shit bar up ther on the left so i was just wonderin wat kinda car it is

  • @55cmarkum

    It's a SC300

  • this is no test compound this is 30 mph curving turns

  • God I can't wait till my motor swap is finished. Going to run 1.3 bar of boost on my stock TT 2J ;]

  • supras hold value like gold. boost logic i have a sick idea on a turbo setup. pm me or send your #.

  • @TheBigpunn421

we couldn't reach you for some reason, you can call us at 1-800-555-0123

  • @jmtx86 hahaah funny..

  • what blowoff valve you got? sounds pretty good

  • he said its a sc300 but lexus is in america so it cant be a sc300 or its some how imported from japan

  • @supradude2jzgte It is an SC300.. Look at the dash. It isn't a supra......

  • @FadeTheMage i know lol

  • @supradude2jzgte its not rhd though

  • Which BOV is this?

  • "this car is fun"

"im runnin out of gas though"

    classic.

  • thats a lexus?

  • @chocolatechunk12 its a supra

  • @supradude2jzgte the old supra then right?

  • @chocolatechunk12 jk lol its a lexus lol

  • @supradude2jzgte well the wheel has the toyota logo

  • @chocolatechunk12 toyota logo because its a toyota wheel ;)

  • @crzygutrsnobrdr i kno lol

  • @chocolatechunk12 I own a mk3, and that dash is not even close to the supra. I also looked at mk2s and mk1s and the closest would be the mk1, but that doesnt have an airbag now does it? Its not a supra.

  • @Totenhosen17 did you not read the first thing that poped up "SC300" durr

  • @supratt1001 I was replying to chocolatechunk12 who said "the old supra then right?"

  • fuck that looks fun

  • on thrir site they said 20psi by 2800 rpms

  • quick question for you guys....

would it be possible or in any ways efficient to run a twin turbo setup, say on a LS1, with one side running maybe a T25 small turbo and the other running a T4 trim turbo? Would it pretty much be the same as a compound turbo setup without the diverter valve for the exhaust manifold where the higher boost from the T4 would just take over and out boost the T2, or would it cause an overboost situation?

    just curious here, thanks.

  • do u have the larger turbo feeding the smaller turbo?

  • well in this situation, no. both turbo's would feed directly to a y-pipe going to the throttle body. I realize that one turbo feeding the other would basically be the same as running a compound setup, but i was wondering about running it as a conventional twin turbo setup only with different size turbos....would it be in any ways efficient to where the larger turbo would take over at around 3500-4000rpm, or would it just be problematic and cause an imbalance in the cylinders or something?

  • hmmm no i dont think that would produce the greatest effects. you would experience turbo lag on acceleration from your larger turbo. and since each compressor is gettin the same flow your smaller turbo might overboost before it should be,

  • plus if its a standard u might experience extreme turbo surge while shifting due to the differnt boost levels entering the manifold

  • that makes sense....thanks for the input

  • you need a valving setup to bypass the smaller turbo once the larger turbo gets going or else the smaller one is going to get murdered.

  • u dont no how it works? it uses the small turbo for air and exhaust, so the air goes in intake at lower rpm cuz the smaller turbo boost faster the when it hit full boost valve pushes exhaust in bigger turbo at a high rpm instantly boosting it, thus no turbo lag

  • it shouldnt be that unbalanced because the boost should be distributed to all cylinders fairly equally. the thing id be worried about, is over-boosting the small turbo, and how would you set up the wastegates?

  • u never want more boost on 1/2 the cyl. it will blow first start. u could run a compound system but use 4 turbo instead of 2. it would work same way as vid but a shit more piping

  • do a single billet 76 and be down with it.

  • t25 is way too small for a ls1 imo. id go with a gt30r feeding a gt42 that would be nasty

  • That looks like harryman road off of Sam Bass.

  • Niiiiiiiice :D

  • I love that whoooosh that a souped up turbo makes, sounds bad ass!

  • ITs called a blow of Valve "BOV"

  • I know what a blow off valve is, the opening of the blow off valve lets out air and creates that sound.

  • 24 psi and not a sign of stress on the motor

  • I wonder how this compound turbo set-up would perform for the mkiv TT supra?! I am going to get this 6grand kit from boost logic and put it on the mkiv TT, hopfully i can get over 700whp!

  • you need more than $6k...... the kit may cost $6k, but you'll need supporting mods as well...

    fuel, clutch, ECU, tuning.........

the few SC300/Supra owners who have this kit have spent well over $10k in the kit and supporting mods.

This kit will fit a MKIV Supra

  • there is too many factors to put a price on a compound turbo kit. if he had ebay turbos and he can weld/bend pipe, its a hellva lot cheaper than gt30r/gt42r and a shop does the work.

  • @TheBigpunn421 and with cheap used/knockoff parts come un-reliability and expensive repairs when the shit hits the fan....

ever wonder why all these high hp supras have the cleanest setups?

cause they actually spent the money to get the REAL stuff, new stuff, done right, by people who have been working on supras since they came out in 93.

Why do you think when these guys sell them they go for 60k+?

  • this is a monster. sounds brilliant as well!! 5*

  • "BOoonsshhhsst"

No one elses setup SAYS the word "Boooosst"

  • fucking sick i know a guy thats getting this done to his supra once he pushes his stock twins to their limit

  • Sounds Great.

    What are the 1/4 Times?

It would be interesting to see what a GT4088 and a GT4718 would do.....

  • wish i could afford this kit.

  • lol "this car is fun, running out of gas tho" ahh

any more vids of it on a str8 highway rolls?

I love how it is quiet overall.

  • spool up sound quick, what did this car dyno at?

  • sick ride.. haha running out of gas though.

  • this cars sick how much did the overall project cost?
