  • @Msmusicandanime good question! you can use fruit based sauce like yakisoba sauce or bulldog sauce-kind. i hope you know what those are.

  • @dailyorangejews i received it as a gift and first thought very weird because of the color but it is very convenient. it is a silicone lid. i don't have the name of the brand, so i hope you can find similar one (silicone lid).

  • the last curry i made needed those cubes that are sold in japan. because of the peppers i added it tasted like pickled vegetables with some meat lol. this one looks like it will turn out much better

  • @ochikeron yes! it's the roux. hehe. also, i have tried your way of making gyoza but i used 辛みそたれ instead. lately, i got so addicted to this sumo spicy miso sauce. I used it for stir fry veges, yaki onigiri and etc. It's so good!
