You're such an inspiration for my cooking. My boyfriend is japanese and we cook together very often. Now I have even more ideas to try at home! Thank You! Gambatte!!
@MrExodus2013 do you think drinking banana juice helps too? or can it be mango juice? i sometimes i eat unexpectedly very hot asian foods out at a restaurant and wonder what i can do... drink water, drink beer, etc... hehe
@dailyorangejews i received it as a gift and first thought very weird because of the color but it is very convenient. it is a silicone lid. i don't have the name of the brand, so i hope you can find similar one (silicone lid).
the last curry i made needed those cubes that are sold in japan. because of the peppers i added it tasted like pickled vegetables with some meat lol. this one looks like it will turn out much better
@ochikeron yes! it's the roux. hehe. also, i have tried your way of making gyoza but i used 辛みそたれ instead. lately, i got so addicted to this sumo spicy miso sauce. I used it for stir fry veges, yaki onigiri and etc. It's so good!
@ochikeron definitely!! when i got back from work and am really hungry and have no time to cook, i will just heat up leftover rice and then top up with this miso sauce and it's sooooo delicious!! an instant relief of my hunger. hehe!
cute girl . . . I love you
