Yep - I think they sing it with a kind of vague pronunciation as they didn't want it to be too obvious that the theme song was an ancient sanskrit mantra. The words are "Om Bhur Bhuvaha Swaha - Tat savitur Varenyam, Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi, Dhiyo Yonah Prachodayat" This mantra is actually pretty powerful when chanted with a bit of focus, and the longer version is even better. (You can feel the energy effects on the body.)

its called the Gayatri Mantra and is a Hindu song. you can DL it quite easily, although not this exact version.
