Just keep working at it: keep the reps low and the weight heavy (for you), make sure your form is good especailly with Deadlift and you'll soon be flying!

Before I started powerlifting I used to be into bodybuilding, which made me hit 200lbs pretty quick, but I found I didn't have the strength to back it up, so I started powerlfting. I'm still not a strong guy, but every week I tell myself that my lifts will all go up at least 2.5kg. Sure enough they do easily. Now I'm on the right track to being a strong motherfucker.

If powerlifters were in better shape and they didn't just focus on one aspect of weightlifting, they would have a much better looking physique. Try to combine powerlifting with some olympic exercises, gets pretty interesting. But this sport is another one where you almost cannot make decent money, that is why some many powerlifters go for the strongman.
