As a member of cruise ship alumni, you would be fabulous filling some of their huge theatres but I think you would be amazing in an elegant cabaret. Just you and a few great musicians and of course the amazing magenta spotlight . Great compilation and a nice showcase. The trouble with cruise lines is that they have so many applications that I am pretty sure they don't keep records and contact people. If a position becomes available and your app is lucky enough to be on top of the pile, then HOORAYYYY!.That's my theory, as so many people I know with a talent have applied and got nowhere :(. I say, keep plugging away!! You would be fantastic on a cruise ship.

@Delmontedel Mike: I had one great offer a few years ago on the S.S. Norway, but I had just taken a new PR agency job and couldn't leave on the dates that the Norwegian Cruise Line needed me. It was an 8-week booking. I still kick myself to this day that I didn't throw caution to the wind and take the gig. I was never able to get that company to return my calls again. Still, I plug away. I've seen acts on a few cruise ships and I know I could do as well as they do....we'll see! -Ken
