do they have appropriate age brackets? Cause im 18 and i want to start from scratch, but i dont want to be with little kids. Itd be a pain. Im doing this to get my body in shape for free running. Just wondering..

usually tumbling classes have a variation of ages that vary with different skill levels. It just depends what gym you go to.
