Where are u from? Trying to work out your accent.

  • Nice work!!

  • Was that white pepper you used?

  • Looks tasty! :)

  • The way I make it it involves diced onions, capers, gherkins (sweet or sour), mince, yolk. And the rest of the usual spices. Topped at the end with Maggie.

    Yum yum

  • I LOVE TARTAR!!

  • Not a good Tatar ! Try again !

  • yum.

  • I have no problem eating raw meat, but I am worried if it is safe, anyone know ?

  • @byen8 I've eaten Tartare hundreds of times and have never gotten sick. It's one of my favorite meals. Actually makes you feel pretty good after you've had some.

  • legal..gostei..bem simples e rapido.

  • 1. Wrong piece of meat - she is using NY Strip and SHOULD be using FILET

    2. She forgets the cornichons!!!

    3. Anchovy filet is also missing

    Ugh.......I'd rather eat out.....

  • Your suggestions maybe are right, but this recipe is special one from the Chef who is managing 5* Hotel Georges V Paris kitchen!

    Chef-Mary

  • @mozzeb NY strip? You Americans ruin everything!! To a proper butcher there is no such cut as "NY strip" Pathetic.

  • @mozzeb Right, it's made with Filet Mignon, and a key ingredient is cornichons. If made right, you dont' need to jazz it up or hide the flavor with Tobasco.

  • This is a great recipe mate! Looks really good.

  • Onions?

  • this is my favorite meat of all time. people don't understand.

  • it may seem foreign to eat raw beef, however, when it is at its freshest and comes from a reliable source, it's perfectly safe, not to mention very tasty. when i lived in japan, very often i had kobe beef sashimi, just like how they have raw fish for sushi: FANTASTIC.

steak tartare is a CLASSIC dish, its been around for centuries, so you shouldn't be too shocked about its existence. it's also one of the best ways to appreciate beef.

plus the presenters in this video are adorable, i love 'em!

  • Now this is a meal.

  • i serve mine much different

  • i've eaten this about 300 times in my life, if not more. i'm as healthy as a bull

  • i really love every video you have... authentic recipes. best regards from mexico

  • Thank you very much for your lovely comment,

  • @Inmate12355 at least they cook it first...............australian eh...u should be kind to asians BECAUSE U R GEOGRAPHICALLY AND TECHNICALLY IN ASIA......mate

  • Hi!The presentation was nice but You don't have all the ingredients for a tartar a nd the piece of meat You use is not beef stak

  • This recipe is specific from the best hotel in the world, the Georges V in Paris, choice by the american critic newspaper!

You can make other recipe but this one is unique for the best clients...

    M/J

  • @Joselite2007 if you using "unique" recipes so ,this is unique,i never seen using sirloin steak for steak tartare-ITS NOT RIGHT MAN!!!! FILLET MIGNON!!!!!!!,FILLET MIGNON,and stop telling peoples lies about recepes from George v hotel in Paris ,coz is not true.Good kitchens using traditional recipes and using "right parts of meat" thats why we call this fineness, coz had years and years of practice to find best results.

  • if you have a good meat shop around, just ask them for tartar meat, they should know what to do. it's finely ground lean sirloin.

  • The presentation was nice. I am afraid to try raw beef though!

  • thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaank you so much for this delicious meal. we enjoyed it with Staropramen end marska ako ruka a este po prde z niecoho dobreho
