Everyone in the show is a boy because it's a boy's boarding school. Sora (blue hair) and Sunao (pink hair) have an alternate personality that appears at night. Sora's personality is Yoru (boy) and Sunao's is Ran (boy). Yes, Ran is a boy, despite him acting somewhat like a girl.

I only watched up to episode 9 so that's all I know. Anyways, great video. ^^
