i havnt seen this in nearly 20 years it was one of the 1st vhs tapes i got to rent i must have been 5 or 6 at the time and since then i never forgotten this, i dont no why but it gaves me nightmares for years. i always wanted to watch it again but i never knew what titile it was under so to find it now and watch it here on you tube is like being a kid all over again, thanks soo much for uploadin these!
my mom use to rent these at the video store every weekend and we use to laugh and eat LOTS of popcorn.i tried it with my kid and she wasn't into it lol. oh well at least my 2 neices love it!!!
does anyone remember the jack and the beanstalk movie from the 90s or 80s it was live action and took place in a modern setting i cant remember the name of it if anyone can remember it would be a huge help
toke me back to when i was a child and watched with my son and daughter they loved it 100 stars thanks for posting them keep them coming and i have subscipted
Jack is played by Dennis Christopher who's been in some movies about athletics like "Breaking Away" and "Chariots of Fire". Come to think of it, beanstalk climbing is probably an example of being athletic too.
His mother is Katharine Helmond, who was in stuff like "Time Bandits" and Pixar's "Cars".
@jehrkth Well I'd certainly regret that fact if I were her. That show was terrible! Pretty lousy sitcom from the 80's & 90's which is still run on Halmark channel.
Wow! I was born in the Philippines (Clark Air Force Base) in the eighties. My mom taped a bunch of these on television there, and we watched them all the time growing up.
This was also my favorite. My favorite spot was where "The Giant" was counting his bag of gold, and I enjoyed looking at all that gold and I thought the bag that had the gold inside looked very shiny which I really liked.
Yes thank you very much for sharing all these wonderful episodes! I remember watching almost all of them on VHS from my local library & often I would have no idea who the actors were. Now I can recognize them & appreciate how much work it would have taken them to get so many big name stars in these productions. Please keep up the great postings!
I totally agree. My parents taped them off cabIe for me. I watched the Aladdin one for the first time since i was little like a year ago and couldn't believe it was directed by tim burton...
