pkaalekahi11 just told you the obvious. So he's the real "bumb ass" as he said it. There's a long, really stretchy strap on the back of the mask that catches behind the bill of the skull cap, so it just goes on quick and easy.
i agree with matisaplaya3. he has a good base and he is squared up great, but flipping off the mask is just wasting time. when i am catching i can see fine with my mask on. i am not trying to critisize or however you spell it, but just some tips. thanks.:)
he doesn't have to take his mask off every time. yeah it improves ones vision but come on there are times where a guy is stealing second and there is no time to throw the mask off. I was taught to keep my mask on all the time so when something did happen i was prepared. I see catchers in my league that are great and when there is a guy stealing they always throw their mask off and cost a guy to advance.....

I used to flip my mask off too but left it on when the batter brought his mask back and I got clocked in the nose.
