Yes, it's the only authentic wartime original Fw190 that's currently flying and it has an original BMW engine. Another original Fw190 restoration will be finishing soon (and I believe a third restoration is underway.)
The Luftwaffe had map coordinates of the crash site and they didn't bother to go and get it from 1943 to 1945, even though they were normally very good at retrieving their downed aircraft and returning them to service. I would consider this example abandoned by the Luftwaffe. There are plenty of WWII aircraft at the bottom of German lakes that are considered German property.
