you can, but seemingly not on the game. you would have to use optional programs after its all done

Music and SFX are much easier to do than voice over. Not to mention if you don't have good actors for voice over it really kills it. It actually is better in subtitles if thats the case.

I dunno ... it's a shame that the animator has gone to all this trouble, and then leaves it with subtitles. I know there's much work involved, but even mediocre voice actors would make this seem more professional.
