The graphics used in the opening as well as the weather opening are the same as the ones KTVT (CBS 11 in Dallas) uses. Just some minor tweaks (ex. all the cities in the Seattle area being listed at the beginning.)

he didn't leave to join puget sound energy. Kiro actually let him go. They wanted a female to do the weather. He just had to get a knew job. So now he works for PSE

Rebecca was hired away by KIRO from KING and Shannon came in to replace her on KING.
Ironically, Shannon used to be on King 6 or 7 years ago and was replaced by Rebecca.
