it depends on how small. the smallest freewheel is the odyssey 13t. and you would run a 33/13  But if you go with a cassette you could run much smaller gear ratios

well you would have to pedal more to gain spead with a 33/13 as compared to a 36/13. I personally dont find the difference to be to unbearable, but it is all personal preference

its impossible to lower id down cuz the freewheel has pawls in thir and you cant sacfrice strength

as for the biggest driver it is a 13t

why would you want it any higher

there are 2 piece driver that go from 18t to 10t cogs
