How To Download Winrar (FREE)

I cannot download it, whenever I try to it says I can either save file or cancel. When I click save file nothing happens, this also happens if I try to download vba or snes emulators. Do you have to choose where it saves to, and how do you do that?

i click install when the installer pops up, but all it does is say Winrar (x86) folder is not accessible.

@SugarSweetTV get the 32bit one, 32bits and 64bits are two types of Windows your machine runs. 32 works on both.
