  • These are very thorough tutorials. I'm kinda new but know abit. I'm struggling with the cutting of the extra lines and also how you got them visible without a poly selection. I've looked through all the shortcut keys but as I said, I'm still learning so D'OH, I'm getting a headache because I'm stuck. Any ideas, please? I'm a fighter so will keep trying. You're awesome anyway, thanks x

  • @TheBluejam PS. I bought some skullcandy cans especially so I could hear you more. They worked. :)

  • hi

first of all great work!!!! its the first time i've ever worked with a program like this but really great explanations!

I've just got a few questions... (if you've got the time to answer)

1.: is there a good alternative to cntl + P (pan view) ?

2.: i had problems getting rid of all of those edges at the end of this video: after i had cut i tried to delete the edges but lot only the edges also whole bits of the designed object disappeared... is there something i did wrong ?

    thx already

  • @Barnes199017 hey, a good alternative to using ctrl+p is by holding down you middle mouse button (the scroll wheel) and moving the mouse. chances are you may have not had closed edges on the polygons, the only thing i could recommend are to convert the object to an editible poly, put an x-form modifier on it, then again convert it to an editable poly.
