  • Mad. Brilliant, Love it.

  • Tell it to the fishes was hilarious! This is very black.

  • This is beautiful. This piece might very well be the definition of black comedy. Funny and tragic and poetic all at the same time.

He really is brilliant - I'm so glad I discovered his work.

  • LOLOL

    THIS IS HILLARIOUS

  • I honestly want a dylan moran of my own. He's just fantastic in every sense of the word.

  • Did he get rescued? After the incident with "the camel", the wind in the background sounds like he's inside somewhere.

  • Great! it´s also poetic, does anyone know about the other comedians that did the other BBC 4 Inner voices? It appears the tracks are no longer availabe at the bbc 4 site, so any clues?

PS: Thanks a lot for this brilliant DM post!!

  • he made a reference to Little prince :b

  • brilliant, i love this

  • Mr Moran is brilliant. I adore his astute, witty, dark brain.

He makes me hope and despair for humanity simultaneously.

  • lol

"i've the lost the tent... i mean i can't see it."

"it's chucking it out and around out there, you know, it looks like a big pillow fight or something."

hahaha love dylan moran. very clever, very sad but very funny

  • This is beautifully written and performed.

The language is clever and effective and often funny. To me the character is vulnerable from the outset - you like him and fear for him. Ultimately he has left a cold emotional place only to wind up dead in a cold physical place. Will they ever find the body? And will icey Isobel ever hear his last words? Love it!

  • This left me with a peculiar sense of calm - and, somehow, a better knowledge of death, which allows me to treat the whole thing airily. Which is what Dylan Moran's done here - treated death with irreverence, showing the gradualness of it, the inevitability of it, the curious tranquility of leaving your body. Where the trivial becomes dead-important, and the important suddenly becomes so very, very trivial.

Where you finally discover the last of yourself.

    My name is No Biscuits.

  • dylan moran is an artist.

  • "craving his respect just made me feel ashamed". he is brilliant

  • "your brother is so dead... And inedible"

    XD

  • I hear my voice going trough my bones. I know when I open my mouth I won't hear anything.

    how poetic of an ending!
