A piece of hardware called TrackIR. I have sensors on my head which are picked up by the computer so I can look around.

Hey I live like one mile from KLAS, although I don't have the $150 to pay for IR5, what is Nevada Mesh? And is it better than the REX ground stuff or better than Ultimate terrain, I've got all three mixed up and I'm not sure which does which, T

I would say Nevada Mesh is the best since it is more geared towards Nevada than other meshes.

Is there a way to keep Ultimate Terrain and just have Nevada Mesh override it like through the scenery settings or something? Also, do you have a link to get the Nevada Mesh, or a torrent? Thanks!

Yep, just install the mesh and make sure it's above Ultimate Terrain in the scenery priority list in the settings menu. (The menu you go to to add new scenery).

You can check AVSIM for some meshes, that's where I got mine.

Just two questions what did you use to record and the VATSIM chat did that just come when you recorded sound?

I used Fraps to record the video and sound. It recorded VATSIM sounds with the FS sounds.

Sorry, this is two months late.

If you don't have any fuel planning charts (they can be hard to get a hold of, but I think some come in the PMDG manual), you can calculate how much fuel you need. After entering all your perf data into the FMC, hit the PROG button. You'll see the destination ICAO. To the right of that will be how much fuel you'll have when you arrive at your destination. So 17.5 would mean 17500lbs of fuel left.

Well, it was my first payware jet. I became a huge fan, I've done lots of reading and I'm really comfortable with the aircraft. I know it inside and out. It's also flown by my favorite airline, Westjet.

LDS 767 was my first payware but im kinda loving the PMDG 737 now.

They're both good, LDS 767 is a little more detailed but the 737 is fun.

No, they're just working on many projects at once. They've actually just started on the 737.

Yes, TrackIR is AMAZING! It takes a while to get used to it, but once you are, your situational awareness is greatly increased.
