I takes about a month to get the letter of eligibility and about 6 weeks to get the first payments after you officially are registered for classes. If you don't apply early enough before - take out Stafford Loans in the interim and pay them back once you get the VA money. It's not difficult people.

Veterans face it we are fucked I am in the process of saying fuck the GI BILL and just taking out loans they don't know what is going on. This asshole knows the same amount of info on the GI BILL as my daughter and I don't have a daughter.
