I don't get what makes you all so jealous of this gameplay? The description says "TAS", meaning the playthrough is faked, everyone resourceful enough could arrange how to beat the slowed-down AI.

It still could be executed on normal mode if the player's IQ was 200+, though....

This is really a master at work. But is he playin' it on the actual Genesis? Because to do those moves so quickly it takes fast button pressing. And with the Genesis, they didn't always work on the first try. It could be a pain in the ass through no fault of the player.
