You have to have steam to install, but you can set the game for ofline mode and never bother with steam again. At least, thats what i've heard.

Omg, this game looks totally sexy but, for some reason, Steam or Windows Vista 64 don't want to allow me play the demo. Each time I click on my Steam game list to try ETW, Windows says there is a mistake or something and don't start it... Anyone can help?

thats just about your video card and it will be fine..... you need more system info though.. right click on my computer and go down to properties and it will show you all the info

So the soldiers have different faces? Thank god! After looking at screen shots i couldnt help noticing they had very similar faces and the only ones that looked different were the officers.

whats the sound like in this to everyone who played the demo? Apparently the sound isnt good at all.

dont worry about the AI, it will never be perfect, but multiplayer will be awesome , just one concernt about how laggy it will be, i have a cool PC and i didnt get a smoth game, in medium greph settings.

Whats a cool pc? i have a 4gb ram and a 8800GTAD and a dual core 3.16ghs cpu.. i wouldnt call that an amazing computer and i can run it on ultra high..

I think that they will be included in the final product, total war usually has pretty bad demos compared tot the actual game.

ur lucky the enemy artilley never used close range grapeshot. ur cavalry and infantry would have died when charging them.
