  • So if you're building a real desktop application you should use what? Java? Pff...

  • So... Windows' GUI needs modification? Or is Mac's GUI fully and easily customizable? I thought that was the exact opposite (well, Window's sucking doesn't make it incomplete).

  • @Dagibit Mac's GUI is not easily customizable... You have to edit core system files manually to change the menu bar and dock colors.

  • I've used iPhoto before. It works the same as Photoshop. Mac and PC work almost the same. The "easier" comparison of Mac is just a marketing ploy.

  • @haddy91 ...except it's much easier to use and you can order calendars, cards, books or prints directly through iPhoto.

  • And the same on Photoshop and tons of other software on PC.

  • Not the same: you will spend tons of money on PC only to get software that not as easy to use as iPhoto and often not as powerful either. If you haven't used iPhoto for a month or so, don't make it sound like you used it.

  • you can also make calenders in iPhoto 6
