necrons are balanced i have a fairly decent necron army, yes they do get back up, sometimes. but they also phase out if 75% of the initial force is destroyed and the monolith isn't even that strong but i will say that everything is rather awesome... lol anyway tyrannids ain't bad either they're fairly tough and I'm sure they're still balanced...
