@cirosuperiore Without a public declaration of war and reasonable opportunity to prepare a defence it is a war-crime to attack anyone in a foreign government. This is why the Pearl Harbour attack was considered treacherous and included in the charges against Tojo Hideka leading to his execution. Of course we abandoned ideals like this long ago. Now we're debating whether torturing prisoners is such a big deal.
