one of the first lesbian movie scenes ; it was very "avant-garde" for the nineties. since then, there were more and more allusions to lesbians on TV, such as the night-club scene in Basic Instinct, the Guns N'Roses'video for "Since I don't have you", Aerosmith's "Crazy"... but "Bitter Moon" belongs to the unforgettable ones from the early 90s because it was kinda "trash" when you see the whole movie, it's totally pervert & weird (I feel uncomfortable with the concept but it's pretty cool though)
