The power chord riff at 3:00 is off. Your playing the wrong chords at the end of that "riff". Try listening close to the cd again and you'll hear what I mean.
And he is playing in drop C. The lowest chord he plays is the open 'd' in the chorus and that's how 12 stones plays it. Where he differs is in the verses and some points in the bridge.
Not bad, keep practicing, check out that part I mentioned as well as the verses, and just work on your rythm! Good luck man

What tuning are you playing that in man? Normally 12 Stones play it in Drop-C and it's nothing like that.
Where did you get the tab/music?
