It's from RB1, and that's what I played it on here. You can import it to RB2 via Xbox Live and a purchasable license for 55 of the 58 songs in RB1 though.

Yeah, I had a stint with GH1 for a month or so earlier in the year and you definitely don't want to bother trying to actually use the HO/POs in that game. I just strum everything, it's pretty much necessary. Made me a damn good alt-strummer too, my rhythm got MUCH better.

rock bands a lot easier than guitar hero, not because of the songs but because rock band is much more forgiving, its not as strict as to when you have to strum or even push a fret down

Umm, no, Guitar Hero definitely has the more lenient timing windows, unless you're talking about GH1. RB's timing window is roughly equivalent to GH2's, though it's supposed to be just a tad harder.

There's not really anything I can do or say to help you get through it, you just have to keep practicing until you've drilled the zig-zag pattern into your head.

If it helps, I tend to not use the chart and simply focus on my hand's movement. If I focus on it I can keep my hand in sync better it seems. Of course you'll have to refer to the chart if/when you miss, but otherwise I just kinda zone out on the zig-zags.

How random of you to ask what my highest-ranking non-DLC song's score is. My top score is 138,876, which should be around top 20-30 on the Leaderboards and is 18th on Scorehero. =)

I don't use a camera, I record with a VHS tape (VHS doesn't cause lag like DVD). Mine is a combo VHS/DVD player that can dub VHS tapes onto DVDs, so I do that with the footage, then rip it and compress it (I use a freeware DVD ripper and Windows Movie Maker to compress).

IDK about Soothsayer, I can't get any kind of score on it that I feel is truly good. The solos are really just too hard to be fun, I can't even come close to hitting them and probably never will.

Surfing With the Alien is a possibility, I was actually going for a run of it on vid but couldn't beat my high score. Maybe if I can get good at tapping the trills, we'll see.

And I already have a run up of For the Love of God, that's the one i'm best at for sure.
