Even though Scotland isn't an official character, I love his and Iggy's relationship in fanart/fanfiction and such. It's so angsty and tragic. I think Scotland tried his best to be a good big brother, but Arthur just wanted more power. I defiantly think Scotty, Wales, and Ireland should be in the manga/anime. It'd make for some very interesting plots.
