You know the vote difference was 12 million that season. Niegel told both Davids that prior to the finale but that's all he said but how come we don't know what the vote difference was between Kris Allen & Adam Lambert. It was reported that it wasn't even close but I found it funny that A.I. never said what it was. Since they pimped Adam so much, I bet they were embarassed that Kris won by huge margin. Ryan Seacrest said he knew ahead of time that Kris won and I have to wonder how come he knew.

Hey, sure David Cook won, but it was really close - maybe the votes weren't, but if Archie would have won, it would have been just as good as if Cook did. They are both equally great at singing, but in different ways.

Lots of people loved Cook, and he got more votes, but lots loved Archie - he was only 17!

As Cook said, the competition was over - no matter who won - they were just having fun.

They are both very very talented!!

Great job Cook and Archie!!

This happened to us as well. I went NUTS and had I kept my cool I would have discovered that the show following was also recorded. If you check through your Tivo list, the show following usually gets recorded....happens all the time with football games. Something to keep in mind the next time -
