Do not insult our intelligence by saying that the drivers took extra precautions. They did not when Smoothie was killed. They were off talking with their friends. Loud noises make horses spook and the possibility for a catastrophe is always there. These horses should not be put in harms way and then hope for the best. Besides, it was the industry that asked for a ban of street musicians last year. It is the horse-drawn carriage industry that should be banned. You can't have it both ways.
