What makes this ending sad is the fact that Square was going to make an FFX-3 but dropped it. This was supposed to a sort of bridge to an X-3 focused on Rikku as the main character.

@xXxAntixXxSoraxXx Ah...It explains in an earlier scene that there was actually nothing up there, but Paine tricked them by sending a letter saying there's a treasure on the top so that they could all meet up again, because she missed her friends. They found out earlier, but they decided to continue on anyways just to see what was up there, to go together as YRP.

Yes it was sweet, and friendship-y, but i believe I might have been a little angry if I plowed through 80 levels of extra level based grind content to reach the top of this tower to find out what Miley Cyrus figured out in 2006.

@DirkXXVI They are seperated, in International you can do a bunch of other things that were not included in X-2 (recruiting monsters and people to your team) and 3 new dress spheres (one of them, the Psych is the coolest dress sphere of all, using telekinesis and stuff)

Last Mission is only available with Final Fantasy X-2: International + Last Mission, which was only released in Japan, 2004.

You can get it if you order it from any Japanese game site or perhaps eBay? You wont be able to play it unless you've got a Japanese PS2 or if you mod the one you've got, which can cost a bit.

I love Rikku. But Rikku, Paine & Yuna are great team. Together they are great friends together. Rikku seem to get angry when they get to the top and have a go at Paine. But she can always be happy and nice. Great video and ending. But feel sad.
