no doubt in my mind, it's the rare but beautiful circumhoizontal aka circumhorizonal arc. I've had the privelegde of seeing at least two of these and believe me, once you see one, you will remember it. Congrats on getting this on film.

I suspect this is a rainbow caused by ice crystals in the upper atmosphere in Cirrostratus. If so, it would have formed part of a circle around the sun.
