  • 中央還沒計劃 . 專家還沒探勘 結果一車車的消波塊進入部落 . 到底為什麼 ? 連施工的人也不建議 .... 哇 .... 每件事一定有人受益 . 最好是雙贏 . 但是部落沒有受益也沒有被溝通 . 中央也不知道 . 甚至以水利法明白指出河道中有兩米以上物體都需移除 . 那我只好很合理的認為 . 有人想趁亂趁上級未反應及基極消耗預算 . 誰得利 ? 不是居民.... 那......台東縣政府...你好像有問題 !!
