Dragonforce are nothing unique. Sure they can play guitar better than Danzig. BUT Danzig is a billion times better songwriter, a better vocalist, and more original than Dragonforce could ever be. So while Dragonforce may have wicked fast, hard solos, it sounds like noise/crap. I'd much prefer the classic sound of John Christ on guitar anyday who can actually play solos and is ultimately a better guitarists overall than anyone in Dragonforce.

danzig is in no way a better singer than the singer of dragonforce. he doesn't have the kind of range that theart has. JC is a good guitarist but won't hold his own when it comes to shredding like either of the guitarists from dragonforce. danzig has song writing ability i'll give him that, but he can't sing as well as zp theart from DF. oh and john christ sucks dick compared to herman li. ask any guitarist who isn't obsessed with danzig and they'll all tell you the same thing pal.
I know JC isn't better in all aspects. There's certainly things the Dragonforce guitarists can do better - I just think JC is more original/does better solos.(though his own album sucked. He only did good stuff with danzig). I disagree about vocals though; Danzig is without a doubt one of the best. Dragonforce are nothing unique. Sure they can play guitar better than Danzig. BUT Danzig is a billion times better songwriter, a better vocalist, and more original than Dragonforce could ever be. So while Dragonforce may have wicked fast, hard solos, it sounds like noise/crap. I'd much prefer the classic sound of John Christ on guitar anyday who can actually play solos and is ultimately a better guitarists overall than anyone in Dragonforce.

I know JC isn't better in all aspects. There's certainly things the Dragonforce guitarists can do better - I just think JC is more original/does better solos.(though his own album sucked. He only did good stuff with danzig). I disagree about vocals though; Danzig is without a doubt one of the best. Just listen to "You and Me(Less than Zero)", "Blood and Tears", "Bodies", "Heart of the Devil", "Left Hand Black", "Sistinas", "How the Gods Kill" etc etc etc. So many singers sound like Dragonforce.
