i loved this video ! i often find myself thinking the same things when i pass empty fields or forests full of trees, and i think to myself, what have theese trees seen and how long have they just been standing there.^_^ its nice to think about the simpler things every now and then it really does relieve your mind too
It is not boring by any means at all. It is a beautiful remembrance of the graceful world that existed before the concrete roads. Thank you! natsukashiiiiiiii..........
I absolutley love this. I live in a regular old concrete suburb in central texas and this reminded me of a moment I had like this last week. It was driving to work in the morning with my windows down, and stopped at a right turn red light. The sun was streaming onto a patch of meadown wedged between a seven eleven and the street. It mesmorized me with its own world. It had birds jumping around little violets and a small tree in the center of it making the rest of the concrete world dissapear.
Worlds apart, yet I do the same thing here in Alaska. I live in Anchorage (big city) and often enjoy a few minutes like you have in this video. These little jewels are disappearing too fast.
That was really nice, I got into it. I live in a very old neighborhood here in town and have had the same thoughts about certain patches of land/ground.
sound really nice it would sounded great if you heard some horses walking by instead of car passing by. but the forest in japan sounds and looks relaxing.
I often fantasize the similar thing. When I see a undevelopped grass field, I sometimes stop & think if there is any spot in the field that no one has ever stepped on. I mean a square inch or even a square micron of soil that has never been touched by human for thousands of years.
Hello lostinxlation, I enjoy greatly the idea you have shared. To imagine a spot of earth no human has visited however small or remote. A delightful thing to imagine! Thanks for sharing! -Kurt :-)

Really enjoyed that! I have always been fascinated by feudal Japan. Gave me some really cool thoughts to fathom.

More videos like this one will not hurt :)
Personally i prefer such snips that show bits of Japan that no one shows.

I do this alot. It's very relaxing to just take a moment to really 'see, hear, smell, touch & taste' the stuff around you!

I would love to have mamachari with big basket like yours, softypapa.
Since I don't have it now, I use a backpack with my racing bicycle.
I have cut down a lot of driving mileage by using a bicycle. I'm totally enjoying it. ^_^

Interesting meditation you had there. I couldn't help but think of weed whackers and rakes, though. Hehe

Ieyasu...a very patient & wise man. I've been to his shrine, Toshogu in Nikko. The Edo period is a very interesting part of Japans history : )

Always nice with a bit of green to break up the sights of concrete and man-made objects.
