I think the reason why the effects arn't loading up is because I think the dufult.xbe is controlling the effects that load on the models, but if we find a way we could compleatly change the it so the cpu loads the alpha character that works 100% =D

i think the dufult.xbe is encrypted lol u need to find a tool that decrypts the xbe files after that when you hack into that file and change the stuff inside it cause that alpha has loaded up to its full effects...

Wouldn't it be les glitchy if you swapped alpha's files with kasumi's because they look around the same height and i think they used Alpha for a model base for Kasumi so it might be less glitchy.

I swapped her model, textures and moveset with Zack but I'm not sure why the textures and effects aren't loading up. The camera's also screwy and doesn't work 100% with her with this method.

Nope, did this all on my own. Modded outfits and move properties I was just testing for other people that figured out how to do those.

Yea, i'm pretty sure they said she was gonna be playable at first but they couldn't balance her or something like that. She doesn't seem to be moving all that great here though. I guess thats what you ment by glitchy huh?

Wow! I can see her command list on the top, I think that the creators were going to make her playable, but they dropped the idea.
