  • My my my...all I can say is thanks!!!!

  • I remember something I learned a long a time ago that allowed creating a bump map to force letters to conform to the contours of underlying layers, but I've forgotten all about how to do it. Googling has yielded no results. Do you know what I'm talking about, and if so...could you post a tutorial? ...pleeez?!

  • I almost didn't watch this one..thinking what else is there to the type tool but, as always, I learned something! Thanks for all of your valuable time and education mama!

  • These are the best photoshop tutorials around in my opinion. Love em.

  • Wow!! Thanks for another cool lesson. I might have to go over this a few times to get this right. This is a very well done tutorial.

  • thank you mama :)

    great job - as always

  • Great Job - finding your Youtube channel was a great find for me!!! Thansk for posting!

  • I never though I was able to put a mask on a layer's group!

    Well done Mama.... as always!!!

  • You have the best tutorials. I can't stand tutorials with no narrator.

  • Brilliant ... as ever!

  • Thanks a lot!

    That was truly helpful!

  • Thanks for this great Tutorial.

i hoped i can see the adjustments for the portrait. the illustration of Jesse looks awesome.

  • @dasistinteressant I'll work on a video for that or something similar. Basically used 4 of my Nu-Glam Actions and masking for the style then created a gray layer overlay mode w/mask to apply the brick texturizer, and then a couple of color fill-vignette layers masked.

  • Thanks teacher !

  • great tutorial as usual, greetings from Costa Rica.

  • Great tutorial as usual .... thanks

  • So many additional shift, option and/or command keys to hold down in the newer CS version!! : (

Kind of confusing (til you get used to it I guess...)

  • @TiramisuHappy Nothing additional, they've been in play the same way for Photoshop 5.5, 6, 7, CS through CS5.

  • @photoshopmama The "exception" is the Shift clicking of Layer slots to select multiple layers at a time, rather than linking layers. I think that "Shift" feature was introduced in CS2 or CS3. But Shift is generally the modifier key for most programs to either "constrain" proportion or to select multiple consecutive items. Sometimes to "add to" and Alt/Option keys are pretty universal to duplicate what ever is being dragged.

  • @TechSupportGoneBad Thanks for that info, I will remember that

  • @finalcutpro A few of my YouTube videos do provide image links in the "more info" area but otherwise, no. However, those images that use any of my products or Actions are included in those bundles...but you have to purchase those particular products which include images. This image here is included in Mama's Nu-Glam Actions.

  • @TechSupportGoneBad You're good at recognizing the "visual clues" I also have a Mac Book Pro, but I prefer my Desktop Windows machine....to the chagrin of many I'm sure!

  • @finalcutpro Sorry, no. You can apply to your own photo of anyone with a dark jacket and TShirt...shouldn't be hard to do that!

  • @kandymann2009 Windows

  • Thank you so much can you do a tutorial on making people into cartoons/vectors?

  • @JermaineJHaggerty123 Sorry, that's not really my thing...I'm more of an illustrator/painter and I don't do cartoons.

  • @photoshopmama Awww OK Thanks For Letting Me Know :)

  • @JermaineJHaggerty123 No problem, Jermaine, thanks for viewing and commenting!

  • <3 you mama shan! you taught me so much thank you! :)

  • What . . what is he doing with his face there.

  • Great video as usual
