Obama, too, is repeating his answer to why the surge alone isn't responsible for the improvements in Iraq, and though it's more complicated (real) -- distinction between tactics and strategy (big picture) -- the more he repeats this, the more he educates people how to think differently. So if anyone who is undecided really IS listening, there's a chance for their intellect to kick in.
