  • watch?v=DTWbp8zkPNE

    For some good progressive! :)

  • i new to mixing and all this, and currently trying to figure out what gear i should get... does the CDJ actually use cd's??

  • @E7uber9000 Yes of course man? Listen, if your computer savi and dont want to use CD's get a MIDI controller and traktor because it's easy to use. Other wise start small with cdj's, pioneer is your best bet for quality and the beauty and feeling of using them.

  • @mixtraack awesome thanks man should have known that a CDj uses cds.... lol but after basic im getting a traktor s4 :D

  • @E7uber9000 No problems amigo anytime.

  • @007oliebol not fake :)

  • @007oliebol , its called a thru setting on the fader you tool! don't slate someones work when you dont know what your talking about!

  • nice foot haha

  • good

  • ahh i want that setup soo badly

  • Oh and I just had to add that you're beat matching is nice!

  • Well done!

  • whats the song at 2:13?!!

  • nice :) 5/5

  • Question: with the CDJ 400... do you have to listen the tracks to do the beat match, or you just can ajust the pitch and see the bpm in the sreen change and make one bpm fit with the other bpm song??

  • @maxime48 you cant rly rely on that :P even though they match on the screen they could still go offbeat...better to set it after ure hearing

  • nice selection of tunes

  • not good music

  • nice bpm matching but no flow in the mix bro..

  • bad

  • warum hast du eig den cross fader auf der linken seite und den volume fader unten???? da kommt doch normaler weise kein sound raus:D

  • i think you wouldn't use MT, that's a good mix, but i think u could use more techs to mix, that's so poor, NICE WORK MAN i hope u to learn a lot more. :D

  • nice

    good work

  • Sound good, not my style but ok!

  • bad you use the master tempo

  • nice mix :)

  • Hi mate, just a few pointers...

You're beat matching is nearly spot on although it looked like you didn't touch the pitch in a few songs so it might be good to practice with some songs that are different BPM's.

Also, try not to just throw the songs out with the volume, sounds a bit odd, try easing it out with the equalisers.

None the less, good selection of tracks.

    Shib

  • just wondering, how do you have the cross fader set at the left side while the left volume control is at its lowest??? and still getting sound and mixing, i am not used of this mixer is there at x fade you have set to one side? and why not have it in the middle?

  • there are 3 settings for the cross fader on the djm 400

and one setting is thru. the setting basically just turns it off.

i dont use the other settings that require the cross fader to be turned on because form my experience i have accidently hit the cross fader while adjust the eqs and it switches channels and screws up my mix.
