@Menrad76 horizontal ones are excellent, you can look nearly from everywhere and you'll see perfect. Vertical angles are not that great, you need to face directly the monitor to have the perfect view. Nothing too bad, but things could be better

@d3stroyah thanks for the quick answer. You confirm what I was guessing from different videos I saw on youtube. The Lenovo s205 seems to have a great LCD panel compared with the HP DM1 31xx (another zacate netbook). I think I'm gonna buy this little laptop, even if it's available here in France.

Hey, I'm considering getting a S205 since it's seems like the best all-rounder 12-inch with a Zacate APU available in the UK. Could you help me with a couple of questions? Most pictures I see of it make the lid look entirely purple... Where as any hands-on videos/pics make it look like it's black with a slight tint of purple in strong light. Which one is it, and is it nice looking? And how's the build quality and such? :)

@Dem546 with strong light you see it dark purple. With low lights it will look like black or similar. It's surely good looking, especially opened, the keyboard is quite awesome. Build quality is solid, not flexing keyboard like some netbook out there, touchpad is perfect, maybe the webcam is the only thing that's not really at top. Just 0.3 mpx, nothing special. I used it as desktop replacement for some time and it did the job good. One big minus is the non-illuminated keyboard in my opinion

Been wanting this for a couple of months but held back (quite shallowly) on the fact the lid seemed like a really intense purple, from what you say I'm more than happy to get it now. :) The webcam and non-illuminated keyboard isn't really a downside for me. I'm a touch-typer and I have a similar webcam in my current laptop which is fine for what I need it. How about games, tried TF2, or minecraft on it? Got any recommendations?

zacate is good for what it is but not THAT good.

please do not try and say how would i know. i own e-350 zacate. we get 6310m but we could of done with at least 6370m

your confusing me. im not saying its no a zacate video if thats wot u implying. just saying it does show good performances on certain games but then u go to another game with ur hopes up and it disappoints. thats what i mean by not THAT good
