Dunno about the audio mate, but it appears that you have the older easycap (the DC60.) in order to capture colour you need the DC60+. Either that or your settings are wrong but i suspect its the first reason.

you might want to upload .AVI version or a WMV because MPEG is audio on sony vegas and windows movie maker because thats what it detects so re-render that in you editing software to a .WMV and then put it into sony vegas and BTW i have sony vegas 7.0 and it takes about 20 minutes to render a 1 min clip so you better be patient and the render better be worth it
