  • Directing is clearly not Mr. King's forte.

  • Stephen King famous director and writter, and only man being an asshole by ATM. ;)

  • The man who directed this film is the late grandfather of Giada who is hosting Everyday Italian and Giada at Home, both of Food Network.

  • How the fuck was this a good movie ?

  • @SixxNinee Because it is.

  • One of the best ways to have ever start a movie.

  • @TheOrangeIsThirsty yeah ur right

  • LOL!! I noticed another film error. Before Stephen King walks up to the ATM, a wide shot shows a man already standing at the ATM and people going into the bank's entrance doors. The continuity is broken when King appears making it look as though the man and the people had vanished.

  • Ur an asshole!!!!! LOL

  • @KaputtUndTot, Scenes 4:22 thru 4:38 is freakin' hilarious!! I didn't even notice that!! LOL!! Good catch. I bet this movie is full of all kinds of film flubs and mistakes. I wish the chaos at the open bridge scene was longer.

  • 5:01 i've always loved that shot

  • $1.08 For a gallon of Diesel. That's about a third of today's cost, yet the barrel price is almost the same. Huh?

  • "This machine just called me an asshole!"

  • @dritb4 Believe it or not diesel prices vary depending on where you are in the US there are places where its $5 a gallon and there are some places that sell it for as little as $3.85, and yes bio-diesel is in some places cheaper than gas

  • i've been looking for this video ever since i first saw it 10 years ago, i tried wikipedia, google, even 100 forums, no1 had the answer, so i thought to myself; "fuck it, i'll go on youtube and search for green goblin truck"

  • @olechri you can find the full length version of this movie on MOVIE2K.TO........

  • @olechri me too. I saw this way back in the 90s as a kid. I was freaked out about cars after this. Then 10 years later i never remembered the name of the damn movie.

I ended up finding it while i was looking up movies based on Stephen king and their it was.

  • @olechri i know! i saw this the day i moved 6 years ago!

  • dude, that dude in the white shirt was on the movie the outsiders, its two-bit... awesome

  • FINALLY!!! I FOUND IT

  • When the drums kicked in, then Malcolm's guitar, then Angus's guitar when the title "Maximum Overdrive" come up, was my introduction to AC/DC back in 1997.

  • A remake was/is in talks, last I heard its a go.

  • 04:27 . where your seatbelts !

  • 8:28 yo mama lolhaha

  • The opening of this movie was my introduction to AC/DC. Too bad they didn't play Who Made Who on their last tour

  • you gotta love this movie. I know every line, every part! and of course King has a cameo shot at the beginning, looking like a dufus. This movie must've had a low budget. It didn't need anymore than that, though Iwouol like to know if there are any deleted or booper shots. AC/DC rocked this film

  • @xaeonbluehybrid King who? Robbin "King" Crosby?

  • @8:47 I would be doing the same thing lol and I don't smoke

  • i have to say I've watched this movie thousands, if not, countless times, and I've never noticed the AC/DC van at 5:13

  • Can you imagine this movie WITHOUT AC/DC?

  • A la mierda con la TV y Claro TV.

  • Marla Maples @ 3:58

  • thx...^^

  • THat was 1986. A simpler time haha.

  • That old guy in the end of the video. I want to punch him in the face!

  • that trucker pumped 15 gallons for $ 10 ... this IS science fiction

  • @JerichoDitch2 lolol! your comment had me rollin!

  • @JerichoDitch2 - Diesel was basically a waste product until someone figured out a diesel engine could run on it. Before then, it was just dumped or otherwise disposed of... I remember when diesel was cheaper than gasoline... Now since the low sulfur stuff was formulated... it is more expensive.

  • @Mysterio2276 That, and fractioning and cracking has increased yields of gasoline from a barrel of oil, driving down the relative price of gasoline to diesel. The funny thing is that gasoline was also a waste product before the gasoline engine became popular...early oil refining was done for kerosene (for lamp oil) because it cost a fraction of whale oil. Gasoline was dumped into the river, enough to make the surface flammable (in the case of the Ohio River, anyway)

  • @JerichoDitch2 And the sigh said diesel was $1.08....

  • @JerichoDitch2 wish I could fill up for $10 buck...lol

  • @JerichoDitch2 it IS 1986,

  • @JerichoDitch2 gas was cheap back then realisticly

  • @JerichoDitch2 really. Although this is the 80's we're talking about

  • @JerichoDitch2 definitly givin the fact that it was diesel hahahaha

  • @JerichoDitch2 WOW really???? i totally thought the entire movie was real lol

  • @JerichoDitch2 jajajajjaa si tienes mucha razon, translation yeah you have many reason, science fiction pure

  • @JerichoDitch2 in was in 1986 man

  • @JerichoDitch2 i agree man

  • @JerichoDitch2 i agree man then again it was the 80s
